VSG Expands Envivo Replay Functionality to Ten Channels and Built-In Multiviewer.
Portland, Oregon, April 15, 2022 – Variant Systems Group is excited to release additional functionality to its flagship live production product Envivo Replay. Envivo Replay is a powerful live production solution with an intuitive user interface with continuous multiple iso-channel synchronized recording capabilities, simultaneous clip storage of multiple angles to clip bins, playlists for highlights playback, built-in branding capabilities, direct publishing to social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, WeChat, and Sina Weibo as well as support for high speed super slow-motion cameras.
The latest Envivo Replay software release adds support for two additional input channels to support 10 channels in an 8+2 configuration. The graphical user interface has been updated to provide preview and control of 8 channels. The input channels can be configured to support HD-SDI or NDI in any combination. Supported configurations include 8 HD-SDI inputs with 2 NDI outputs, 8 NDI inputs with 2 SDI outputs, 8 NDI inputs with 2 SDI outputs, 6 HD-SDI Inputs with 2 NDI inputs and 2 HD-SDI + NDI outputs. This configuration flexibility allows customers to easily add more camera sources to their productions in any combination desired.
Also included in the latest release is a configurable multiviewer output with character overlays. This new capability allows customer to eliminate the need to use a separate multiviewer solution and much more flexibility for distribution within a production environment.

University of Oregon Selects Envivo Replay for Fall Football Season
The University of Oregon’s Matt Knight Arena video production center has selected Envivo Replay, by Variant Systems Group, to support their replay needs this fall for the 2017 football season. MKA’s production team will already be using Envivo Replay during the summer as they support the Eugene Emeralds Class-A baseball team’s (affiliated with the Chicago Cubs) web streaming and in-stadium video broadcasts.

Envivo Replay supported the PK80 Basketball tournament in Portland Oregon which covered 14 games in 3 days and required hundreds of hours of constant recording, file ingest, instant replay, and highlight playlist creation.

Nike Sports Production relies on Envivo Replay for its live coverage of the Nike Cross National invitational cross-country running championship in Portland Oregon.
Allstar Baseball 2017
The Hillsboro Hops choose Envivo Replay for their 2017 summer video broadcasts and the 2017 Allstar Game. The production team took advantage of Envivo's multicam and Super Slow Motion 1080p capabilities to put on multiple broadcasts and webcasts for this season and have plans to expand to additional Envivo Replay systems.
